Guns and Rosés // Culinary & Event Design // 7/13/14
Maybe you’ve heard the phrase “rosé all day” or the term “brosé” but what about “guns and rosés”? To launch our crisp Deerblood Rosé, created with winemaker Chris Christensen of Bodkin Wines, we hosted a dinner at the beloved Pacific Rod & Gun Club (RIP). To share in the occasion, we invited some winemaker friends to serve their respected rosés, like Jordan Kivelstadt of Kivelstadt Cellars and Ted Wilson of Wilson & Wilson. Building on the hunting inspired Deerblood theme, we prepared mouth-watering cuts from 4505 Meats.
