California Waterfowl Association is thrilled to invite you to an amazing evening at the Pacific Rod & Gun Club. Experience an incredible field-to-table dinner prepared by James Beard Award winning author, blogger, and hunter, Hank Shaw, and San Francisco’s own critically acclaimed Stag Dining Group.
The evening will begin with a quick introduction to the Pacific Rod & Gun Club’s skeet shooting fields on the beautiful shore of Lake Merced, where guests will have the chance to shoot a few clay targets with help from PRGC instructors and History Channel’s Top Shot Season 4 winner, Chris Cheng. Guests will then enjoy a selection of exquisite charcuterie, hors d’oeuvres, and beverages before sitting down for a locally harvested and foraged multiple course meal paired with some world-class and limited production California wines.
There will be several amazing auction and raffle items including hunting trips, shotguns, and other outdoor gear and lifestyle lots. In addition, Hank will be on hand signing copies of his newest book, “Duck, Duck, Goose: Recipes for Ducks and Geese, both Wild and Domesticated.
