Spring is known best for rejuvenation, regrowth, and renewal. Journey with us through a five-course dinner that is carefully constructed to highlight the beauty and warmth of Spring. The location, a once Michelin-starred restaurant, serves as a great canvas to showcase the bold menu and warm pairings provided by Crosby Roamann Wines
Crosby Roamann is a small winery consumed with the idea of creating honest, handmade wines focused on a hands-on labor intensive process. Named after two family matriarchs, one, a stage performer from the Roaring 20’s, the other, a poet from the Great Depression, their illustrious namesake is showcased through each and every bottle of wine.
Rounding out the evening, is the inspired artwork of Kasia Severaid. We’re so pleased that she and her talents will be added to the richness of the evening.
Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury have elegantly composed a menu to celebrate the spring and compliment Crosby Roamann’s wines.
