Cooking & Cocktailing at AQ

Stag and Derby Cocktail Co. were thrilled to conduct a photoshoot for an upcoming menu launch inside AQ, one of the most beautiful restaurants in San Francisco. Frequent Derby collaborator Kevin Dowell of The 86 Co. joined us in fashioning Corn ‘n Oils, Crafty & Ellusive Elks and Ramos Gin Fizzes from our paint can shaker as well as Barrel-aged Negronis and a lovely clarified milk punch. From the kitchen, we indulged in bao, whole-roasted trout, steak and house-made mezze.
