Farm to Table & Garden to Glass with Chartreuse

Stag once again had the pleasure of collaborating with the most iconic liqueur brand of all time, the one and only Chartreuse. What we love about working with this historic French producer is that they insist on tying every event together with education and nature. Guests got to learn something about what is integral to the inspiration of the monks that make this incredible liqueur. Our friends at Live Oak Farms in Petaluma played gracious hosts and provided guests with an insight into their work and philosophy which was clear why some of the best restaurants in the region turn to this idyllic farm to source their ingredients. This bone-chilling day was made all that more sweet by the spirits of our glasses and the rejuvenating duck cassoulet that was piping hot and perfect that Chef Jordan prepared for our guests who were industry friends from some of the best bars in the region. It was a perfect winter day.
