Stag Dining Group was co-founded by Executive Chefs Jordan Grosser and Ted Fleury who cut their teeth in some of the most demanding kitchens in the San Francisco restaurant scene. From Stag’s early entry into the pop-up scene a decade ago, the sense of community and collaboration have always been a part of our DNA.
