“Growing up, food was always the thing that brought my family together. A Belgian mother, once a private chef, meant we always ate well! Food being the excuse to gather and spend time with loved ones has continued throughout my adult life.”

After completing a BA in Sociology at University of California in Santa Barbara, Felicity took a position creating events at Ganna Walska Lotusland in Montecito focused on highlighting the property and its unique gardens. Through this role, she discovered her passion for catering, which led her next to the Special Events & Catering department at University of California Santa Barbara and then to San Francisco where she managed at large catering operations such as Delaware North, Patina Restaurant Group and Bon Appetit before finding her way to Stag Dining.

At Stag Dining, Felicity has produced unique events ranging from large corporate gatherings to intimate private ones. She has coordinated two years of Dreamforce conferencing with multiple exposures, produced events for world renowned chefs such as Dominique Crenn and Christopher Kostow, and created unique offsite experiences for tech and venture capital firms at Stag’s venue, Cerf Club.
