Cooking with the Dominique Crenn Team @ Bleu Belle Farm

Stag had the pleasure of collaborating with Chef Dominique Crenn and her incredible team from Atelier Crenn on several projects over the years.

A very intimate gathering took place at her home farm she loving calls Bleu Belle. We brought our trailer bar Milely to serve champagne as guests wandered the property to eat hors d’oeuvres with ingredients sourced from the farm and prepared by the chefs at Stag and Atelier Crenn.

Surrounded by vineyards in the compelling terroir of Sonoma Valley, this farm practices biodynamic and sustainable farming techniques that produces incredible quality results under rock star farmer WillIam Henpenn. The produce is used in all of the @crenndininggroup restaurants. Our guests were able to experience farm to table in a new light.

Guests received a farm tour and canapés before sitting down for a multi-course meal under the shade of an lovely oak tree. 

The meal was served with wines from Laurent Perrier, Lelarge Pugeot, our own Cerf Club wine chardonnay , Château de Pibarnon , Hirsch and Clos Guirouihl.
