Mugaritz & Crenn, Serendipity Film Screening
Stag was proud to partner with Mugaritz (The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2019) and Crenn Dining Group on an evening of experimental cuisine and cinema.
Renowned artist Prune Nourry screened her film, Serendipity, at the Mill Valley Film Festival and we brought to life her vision of food and drinks inspired by her film and journey surviving cancer. The menu was developed in partnership with Nourry, Mugaritz and Crenn — the end result was a memorable and interactive display of unique dishes and drinks that immersed guests in a medical and dreamlike experience.
The host of the evening was Metallica drummer and cinephile Lars Ulrich. Also in attendance was artist JR whose vast body of work includes the The Chronicles of San Francisco interactive installation at SFMOMA.
