Dreamforce @ St. Joseph's Foundation for the Arts with Chef Christopher Kostow

We had the pleasure of putting together an incredible dining experience during Dream Force with our friends at Sparks productions. St. Joseph’s Foundation for the Arts is unlike any other venue in the region, designed by the eclectic and creative Ken Fulk, served as an enchanting setting for conversation and a great meal.

Guests were welcomed with delicious wines and a string trio before a beautifully set roundtable conversation and then an incredible dinner on the altar of the former church. We brought in one of the most revered Chef’s of this generation, Christopher Kostow for this engagement.

Chef Kostow and Chef Jordan worked together in the kitchen of Daniel Humm when he was at the helm of Campton Place nearly 2 decades ago. We had recently hosted Chef Kostow for a New York Times event at our venue Cerf Club prior to the pandemic so it was great to reconnect with this immensely talented chef and his skillful team on this project where we played the role of production and design.
