Rocket Company IPO Celebration... On An Aircraft Carrier

September 2021: We were called within a window of opportunity in the heat of the pandemic to put together a very special celebration for a local company who was celebrating the launch of their IPO on Wall Street. With the industry at a complete standstill due to precautions and governmental regulations for large gatherings we had one week to prepare, plan and execute a top tier event. We executed the event at the USS Hornet which is now a museum parked in the SF Bay off of Alameda.

The open air breezeway allowed for safe gathering conditions for an event with over 500 attendees. In true military fashion 100% of the equipment, food, decor, lighting and furniture had to be loaded by crane onto the deck of the air craft carrier which was amazing to see. We also flew up the Grammy Award Winning band Bob Moses from LA to perform for these attendees along with Burning Man art cars. We built an Old Fashioned Speakeasy within the Flight Control Bridge. The executive team rang the bell on the New York Stock exchange in the morning, jumped into a jet and flew cross country to celebrate this moment with their team. Honestly if felt like we were in a Mission Impossible Script.

It was an incredible event.
